This deals with 17 yr olds to when they are 20 and what they learn. Mostly YA story...so didn’t knock my socks off but a nice story that moves quickly.
The narrator had a consistent pace which some variety would have helped and the voices were fine, not great.

This book is full of suspense, drama, and love.

Dirty Fighter by Roxie Sinclaire and Natasha Tanner...What a great read, I could not put this book down. The story hit all my emotion buttons. Adam and Brooklyn are from different sides of the tracks, but both come from awful childhoods. This is one book you will want to read. I was given a complimentary book for an honest review.
This took seal tries to get past the first few chapters. This is not a fast paced book. A few sex scenes, a lot of day dreaming about the other. It does read from the view point of both of the main characters, not much room for a sequel though.
Another excellent sports romance by two excellent writers. Brooklyn had an abusive father who finally hit her one last time. Adam had an abusive father who finally hit him one last time too. Adam turned to fighting to protect himself from his father. These two abused kids recognized themselves in each other that began a journey of love and self discovery.
Really it's a clean mma romance. He saved her from her abusive father by 'knocking the man pig's but actually it was worse. Then Adam and Brooklyn left town and went their separate ways. 3years later both still can't stop thinking about the other and when her mother passed will bring these two together. The sex was rushed through, no big events like being arrested or beaten near death or kidnapping Brooklyn, so.it was just a smooth clean romance.
This is yet another great success written by an author duo that I've come to look forward to reading and I enjoyed this one very much! Both Adam and Brooklyn have been through some pretty difficult times and have been there to help each other through it in the past. Now their paths cross once again and they're going to have to figure out whether or not they can let go of the past in order to have their chance at happiness together. I loved Adam and Brooklyn and was rooting for them to be together from the very beginning. I highly recommend reading this to anyone and I look forward to reading much more from this pair in the future!
I received an ARC for an honest review. This was a great story. Adam knew of Brooklyn from school. They never spoke. He saw bruises one time and realised she was more like him than he thought, so he be van watching her house so he could keep her safe. He almost gave up when he saw her father hit her. That fateful night when he saved her life threw them together but also tore them apart. They went their separate ways. Brooklyn became an actress, Adam an MMA fighter. They meet again. They both had been thinking about the other and the tragedy that brought them together. Do they get a second chance for an HEA? You'll have to read the book!!
